My Name is Austin Stewart.

I am an Art Director at Hotwire Global, an integrated marketing firm specializing in B2B tech. At Hotwire, I provide creative ideas and clever executions to drive business goals and solve client pain points. That could range from web development, paid and earned social campaigns, team brainstorms, strategic guidance, data visualization or executive thought leadership.

Previously at MSLGROUP, I was responsible for the design and development of web projects, print and digital ad campaigns, and branding. Additionally, I collaborate with account teams on strategy and implementation of the campaigns, and provide art direction for photo and video shoots.

Prior to joining MSLGROUP, I was a designer at Buie & Co., a full-service communications firm based in Austin, Texas. I provided hands-on design, direction and creative counsel for client initiatives. Projects included branding, identity design, web design and development, print collateral and production, ad concepts and email marketing campaigns.

Before that, I lead the creative and visual aspects for Division 1 Bicycles, an Austin-based cycling and apparel shop. Working closely with the company founder and CEO, we developed a brand strategy and positioned D1 uniquely in the Austin cycling scene. In turn, I was responsible for extending the creative direction across the product and apparel design, retail and online store, photography and social media content.

I am an accomplished cyclist, having competed internationally on the road, stood on the podium at the USA Cycling Junior National Track Championships in L.A. and Colorado Springs, and won the Elite Men’s Texas Cyclocross Cup. I am still an active member of the cycling community, riding whenever possible. I graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos with a Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising and minor in communication design, and continue practicing coding in my free time.
